I have stayed for 5 days with my wife. Beds ended up comfortable and the room was usually pretty clean. Staff members were quite useful and friendly and every day made us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious and also the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was super cool. Not an incredibly social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

The beds were comfy and the people in the hotel were generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Assuming that you are visiting Grado you should book this hotel. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very clean. The atmosphere was nice and cozy.
